The HORSCH Joker HD is ideal for cereal and maize stubble cultivation. Due to the large discs and the arrangement in pairs, it is ideal for mixing in extremely large quantities of organic material.

The HORSCH Joker HD is a disc harrow with working widths from 5 to 8 m. Its main applications range from the shallow incorporation of stubbles after cereals to the deep incorporation of maize stubbles up to a maximum working depth of 15 cm. The large disc diameter of 62 cm and the vertically arranged discs ensure an intensive mixing effect with an at the same time enormous cutting capacity. To keep the discs precisely in the ground, the Joker HD is equipped with a wide rubber bearing. The result is a high clearance for organic material and a low susceptibility to blockage. As with every disc harrow, the working and mixing quality increases with the operational speed. This is why the Joker HD can be used with an operational speed of max. 18 km/h. The serrated hollow discs as well as the weight of the machine ensure a safe penetration of the machine even in dry conditions.

Depending on the requirements and scope of application of the machine, the Joker HD can be equipped with some additional equipment. The machine can either be equipped with a seed bar for seeding catch crops or similar crops or with a liquid manure kit for the incorporation of organic fertilisers. Depending on the tractor equipment, the farmer can choose between a linkage in the lower links in Cat. Select III or VI or an adjustable drawbar linkage. Due to this and other options the Joker HD can be adapted optimally to the requirements of the farmers. The double RollPack packer with a diameter of 55 cm ensures optimum consolidation. At the same time, the packer ensures a safe depth control of the machine on light soils without a build up of soil. For road transport the packer is equipped with transport wheels. This allows for a comfortable road transport and the machine is protected.
